My name is Ken Langworthy. I am a Registered Vascular Technologist and have been assisting in varicose vein treatments for 20+ years. In 2001 I assisted in my first vein ablation with Dr. Gregory Spitz. Since 2002, I have been working with Dr. Susanne Woloson, assisting her with varicose vein treatment. 

Since 1998 I have been performing vascular ultrasounds. While I perform every ultrasound that has blood flow, the vast majority are of the vein variety. 

I started this website because I love teaching. I was the clinical director for Rush Presbyterian St Lukes, when I worked at Lutheran General Hospital. I try to incorporate illustrations to convey the messaging for varicose vein education.
